What is MIMO Flip?

MIMO Flip is a compact digital camera with a flip-up screen for photos and videos. Choose your colour, frame your shot and save your memories to the included card.

What comes in the box?

Your chosen MIMO Flip camera, a 32GB TF (microSD) memory card, a card reader, a USB-C adapter, a charging cable, a lanyard and stickers. Accessory styles may vary.

Which colours can I choose?

White, Pink, Black, Coffee Brown, Green, Purple and Yellow. Every colour has the same camera features and includes the 32GB card. Select a colour above to see its image.

How do I transfer my photos?

Switch the camera off and remove the TF (microSD) memory card. Insert it into the card reader, then connect the reader to your computer or compatible phone. Use your device’s file manager or photo-import tool to copy the photos and videos.

A USB-C adapter is included. Your device must support the reader; phones with a Lightning connector may need a separate compatible adapter. Keep the originals on the card until you have checked the copied files.

Is the 32GB memory card included?

Yes. A 32GB TF (microSD) memory card is included with every MIMO Flip colour at $59.99 USD.

Can it take video as well as photos?

Yes. MIMO Flip captures both photos and video, which you can review on its screen and transfer from the memory card.

How do I charge it?

Use the included charging cable with a compatible USB power source. The product specifications give an approximate charging time of 1.5–2 hours. Follow the instructions supplied with your camera.

Where do you deliver, and is shipping free?

Standard shipping to the United States is free, with no code required. Availability and rates for other destinations are shown at checkout. Taxes or import charges, where applicable, are separate. Read the shipping policy.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship from our fulfilment partner in China. Allow approximately 1–3 days for processing, followed by an estimated 5–11 days in transit to the US. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs, holidays and carrier delays may extend delivery.

Use a complete physical street address. PO boxes are not supported on our US shipping route.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details will be provided when your order ships. For help with tracking or an address correction, email shopmimo@gmail.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after processing starts.

What is the returns policy?

Email shopmimo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the camera must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with the card and all accessories. Return postage is your responsibility and the return may be international.

Contact us for approval and the correct address before sending anything back. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Read the full returns policy.

What if my camera is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Email shopmimo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Keep the packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, with no return-postage charge for a confirmed fault or incorrect item.

Can I cancel my order?

Email shopmimo@gmail.com immediately with your order number. Cancellation is possible only before processing begins. Once shipped, the returns process applies.
